- Application for Bulk Supply Agreement*
- Finalization of the Bulk Supply Metering installation*
- Supply and Installation of the metering equipment
- Take over and manage the bulk supply account
- Monthly recording of meter readings*
- Invoice tenants for electricity consumption*
- Receipt of payments*
- Credit control actions to ensure proper recovery for consumption by consumers*
- Monthly payments of accounts to the applicable Local Authorities
- Maintenance of electrical metering equipment
- Handling consumer queries with regards to electricity consumption and supply
