Third Party VendorsYou can purchase credit at any retail outlet that supports the third party vendor agreement. BFW Metering makes use of the services of CigiCell to render the service and they can be deployed at any of the well known retail outlets in your area if the number of consumers in the area justifies the deployment of a vending station or Point-of-sale.
Upon receiving the credit voucher, you can enter the 20-digit code using the keypad of the prepaid meter whereafter the credit is registered and displayed. In order to use the scratch cards a willing seller of the scratch cards is needed to render this service in the complex or even a retail outlet in the vicinity.
Note: CigiCell is one of the preferred third party vendors for the City of Tshwane Metro Municipality and has approximately 125 outlets in this area alone.
